    In addition to the above services our "Full Management" Service includes regularly scheduled property inspections and reports to Landlords, collection of rent and monthly rental statements, addressing maintenance issues, renewing tenancies, and arranging for relevant safety inspections and certificates. Our property management department is based in house which allows us to provide a personal touch in our management of tenancies for Landlords and Tenants alike. We use a bank of reputable local contractors where possible, aiming to provide good maintenance services at the best possible price.

    The Landlord is also responsible for the cost of the ingoing inventory which can be between £100 and £200. Renewal Fee for let only properties is £120 (inclusive of VAT).Tenant Fees - Referencing Fees - £120 per applicant, Guarantor Application £120 per guarantor application, Additional tenants £120 per additional applicant thereafter, the tenant also pays a Holding Fee of £200 which is then deducted from the first months rent. Tenancy agreement administration fee £150.

    Additional fees may become payable:-

    Tenancy Renewal: £100 Inclusive of VAT

    Periodic Tenancy: £40 Inclusive of VAT

    Late Payments: £25 each Inclusive of VAT

    Cash Handling Charge: £15 each payment

    Rental Payments not made by standing order or bank transfer will incur a £15 charge each time Inclusive of VAT

    End of Tenancy Fees - Exit Report between £100 & £200
