    We are members of the Association of Residential Letting

    Agents (ARLA) - the leading professional body for the letting

    industry in the UK. Conditions of membership are strict

    and are intended to offer security to both landlord and

    tenant alike.

     

     

    *The Agency must demonstrate that their technical

    knowledge of the Lettings industry is of a

    sufficiently high standard and that they have

    adequate financial controls when dealing with

    clients' money. This is achieved through a detailed

    application process that includes formal interviews.

     

     

    *The Agency must operate a separate client account.

     

     

    *All member Agents must carry Professional

     

     

    *Indemnity Insurance to the required standard.

    Commissions for letting property may only be

    obtained from landlords.

    *The business must operate out of properly

    designated business premises.

    Our membership affords you, our client, the protection of the

    ARLA Bonding Scheme. This scheme was devised to provide

    complete protection against the misappropriation of any

    money, that may belong to the landlord or tenant, which is

    held by an ARLA member. The landlord or tenant needs only

    to show that money rightfully belonging to them has been

    misappropriated.

    Investment Advice

     

    Whether you are buying an investment through Pymm and

    Co or another agent we are happy to give advice and rental

    valuations in order to help you with your purchase. We

    understand that sometimes you just want to ask for a quick

    bit of advice but may not feel that you should, if the property

    is not purchased through us. The more information we have

    about your property, the more knowledgeable we will be if we

    are then invited to market the property for you.

    • Final inspection upon tenants vacating the property.

    I have been working in the property industry for ten years now. I have worked for corporate estate agents in the past, which I enjoyed but decided to move to Pymm & Co so I could provide my landlords and tenants with a more flexible approach to customer service. I have extensive knowledge in the lettings industry, and I'm NFOPP Level 3 qualified. In my spare time I help out on our family farm, I also enjoy being Secretary for North Walsham Young Farmers.

    I have been working within the property industry for 20 years, I started my experience in commercial property within a serviced business centre and then changed my career slightly working in residential lettings. I have covered all aspects in lettings from negotiating to property management , managing a small portfolio for a multi landlord and on occasions I have carried out valuations.

    Bethan Lawrence Lettings Negotiator
    Having recently relocated back to Norfolk from West Sussex, I moved to Pymm and Co from an independent estate agents based in West Sussex. Already I feel that working at Pymm and Co will enable me to continue to progress in my role in lettings and my professional development, whilst being able to provide quality customer service.     I started my career within the property industry 4 years ago when I relocated to Norwich. I first started my career as an apprentice and have progressed over time to a negotiator. After recently moving to Pymm and Co from a corporate agent I feel that am I able to continue to develop my skills and knowledge within the industry more and more over time. I look forward to progressing my career at Pymm and Co and delivering the best customer service to my tenants and landlords possible.     After many years working within the Insurance and Finance Industry, I came into the Property Industry almost by accident working initially for another independent agency as Office Manager, I realised within a short amount of time that Property Management was where my skills and experience could be best utilised. As Head of Property Management my role involves ensuring the smooth day to day running of the team and making sure we are compliant as a lettings business. Away from work I am an active member of the English Civil War Society, taking part in re-enactments around the country. I also enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren.

    I started working within the industry 3 years ago as an apprentice lettings administrator and have since progressed into property management.
