    Mark Ross, Director
    Having been valuing properties in the local area since 2005 before co-founding Redbrik, there's not much Mark doesn't know about the property market. With a degree in Public Relations, Mark is responsible for Redbrik's unique marketing style and has a passion for New Homes. His passion and drive typify the company ethos, whilst his professional, friendly attitude and thorough knowledge of the market ensures great results for his clients.

    A keen sportsman, Mark plays pretty much any sport going. He's always up for a challenge, especially if it involves raising money, having run the London Marathon, the 2017 and 2018 Redbrik Chesterfield Half Marathons, and thrown himself out of a plane at 13,000ft all in the name of charity

    Peter Lee, Director
    With almost 20 years experience in the property industry before joining Redbrik in 2015, Peter knows a thing or two about buying, selling and renting properties. Post graduation with a degree in accountancy, Peter realised that wasn't his chosen path and turned to his Saturday job at Blundells to forge a career. He worked his way up to partner and then became a respected Area Director for Countrywide. He's energetic, outgoing, approachable and above all very friendly with a strong commitment to customer service. 

    Peter has played many sports from an early age including football, squash, tennis and golf and can't resist a challenge if you offer him one, but remember he likes to win! He also loves good food and wine, holidays abroad, preferably somewhere warm, though he would like to be a better skier if he had the time!

    Jen Beal, New Homes Manager
    Jen began her career in estate agency in 2007 after gaining a degree in Communication Studies from Sheffield Hallam University. Jen has extensive local knowledge and over 11 years of negotiating experience, having previously worked as a Sales Manager for ELR. In 2016 Jen decided to broaden her knowledge of estate agency and joined Redbrik, soon being promoted to New Homes Manager. Jen deals with all aspects of our new build developments, from handling pre-construction marketing activities, conducting viewings, negotiation and sales management. 

    Outside of work Jen enjoys entertaining for friends & family, 80s movies, attending music concerts and adding to her ever-growing gin collection!

    Andy Greatorex, Photographer
    One of our first employees, Andy is our super-creative photographer responsible for making our properties really look their best. With over 14 years experience of working in photography, Andy also has a background within design and marketing which allows him to bring his wealth of expertise when both designing the floor plans and getting the right shots of your property. 

    When Andy's not 'trying to keep fit' he's often found counter balancing the effect by socialising or pursuing one of his other interests film, art (painting bad examples) going to see live music and star gazing.

    Martin Bouchier, Photographer
    Taking photos is what Martin loves. He has an artistic flair for photographing homes and finding innovative angles to really make your property stand out from the crowd. Using his years of experience in sales and marketing for some of Yorkshire's leading arts venues, sports teams and telecoms businesses, Martin is responsible for our social media activities. His rich career has also seen him spend five years in the music industry, where he worked on behalf of numerous artists including David Bowie and Gary Barlow.

    Martin has a real passion for architecture, enjoys most sports, but especially playing and watching football, cricket and golf. He's always up for the latest gadget, taking in a music gig and still finds plenty of time for his two kids
