    Mark is a systems and process man. Organised, efficient, and driven, we first heard came across him when he was working for a competitor and trying really hard to take business from us. A further recommendation from a client he'd impressed made us even more determined to recruit him. A growing reputation and ongoing battle for business ensured we didn't stop chasing him.It was a long courtship. His previous employer didn't want to lose him and his loyalty made us want him even more. Eventually after 3 long years he made the call and we were delighted to welcome him to the team. "I wish I'd moved earlier" he now tells us, and we look at him incredulously.
