    Sheldon Bosley Knight was launched in 2016, this is a collaboration between Sheldon Bosley & Knight Rennie. The two companies started working together initially as a joint venture to take advantage of the booming new homes market as the number of new-build homes being started and finished in England is at its highest level for almost a decade. Together we have decades of experience and unrivalled local knowledge with offices across Stratford, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and the Cotswolds.

    Association of Residential Lettings Agents

    In addition to being RICS members, we are also a company member of ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents). They require that all members are qualified professionals and must follow a strict code of conduct which should give you complete peace of mind whether you are looking to let or rent a property through Sheldon Bosley Knight. When choosing a property, either direct from the landlord or through a letting agent, the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) suggest a tenant should ensure the agent or landlord is accredited by The Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA).

    Similarly, as members of The Tenancy Deposit Scheme, we can offer assurance to both landlords and tenants that any deposit on an assured shorthold tenancy is fully protected. Free, impartial dispute resolution is also available as part of the scheme should any issues arise over how deposit monies should be divided at the end of a tenancy.
