Dawn and Stephanie began Tenantfinders in 2001 and together have more than 50 years experience with letting local properties.
Allison (who also had a background in lettings) joined us in 2004 so we are well established within our roles running a busy Lettings office.
Many of our Landlords and Tenants say they like knowing who they are dealing with. You are not passed to another department because we are accountable for what we do - the buck stops with us. Our business has expanded mainly from personal recommendations and several of our long standing Landlords and Tenants would be happy to vouch for us.
We both knew that we could give Landlords and Tenants a good service at a fair price.
Dawn had been a Manager for a large Corporate Company for 12 years and could see it was shifting more towards performance driven targets over good old fashioned service.
Stephanie was similarly disenchanted so the opportunity to begin Tenantfinders was seized and we have not looked back since.
We offer Landlords both a 'Tenantfind only service' suitable for the more experienced Landlords who feel able to manage their property themselves or a 'Fully Managed' service for Landlords new to the business or those who prefer no direct involvement.
We ensure Landlords are aware of their obligations and responsibilities when preparing to let and we attend regular training sessions ourselves so that our Managed Landlords remain compliant with the ever changing legislative processes.
