     We follow the course of the tenancy and ensure that rents are made to your account on time and in full. We take swift action to recover any late rents and provide you with peace of mind throughout.

    15% including VAT per month for fully managed service, including the let fee. This is the most comprehensive and thorough service; we look after your property as If it was our own. We use excellent contractors who have professional accreditations and are transparent and accountable. We take all the hassle away from you. We'll have sole contact with the tenants throughout the course of the tenancy. You can just rely on the fact that the money will be in your account every month, while we act swiftly and relentlessly to maintain the property and the rent received.

    We add FREE RENTAL WARRANTY and LEGAL PROTECTION COVER for rent collection and managed landlords.

    Charges

    We have a clear charging policy; we promise honesty and transparency in all that we do. We grow our business based on trust, good customer feedback and recommendations, so we design our actions to achieve excellence in customer service.

    We charge a one off admin and reference fee of £120.00 per tenant inclusive of VAT.

    In order to secure one of our rental properties, you'll need to reserve the property with a £500.00 reservation fee before we take the offer to the landlord. The £500.00 is refundable if the offer is not agreed but is not refundable once the offer is agreed, as set out in the confirmation to let, signed by the lead tenant. The £500.00 reservation fee is deducted from the tenancy move in monies. So the only fee you will pay, is the £120.00 reference fee, once we start the referencing process.

    We ask for the first months' rent to be paid in advance at the start of the tenancy, along with 6 weeks deposit, which will be held in a government approved scheme.

    Tenants pay for a professional check out at the end of the let, charged at £120.00 including VAT per property.
