    Testimonials from Sellers

    • Seller Testimonial

We instructed Wooley and Wallace Fordingbridge and subsequently the Ringwood office when it opened to sell our luxury property in the forest. Although our transaction wasn't the easiest, we were kept informed and updated all of the way and Toby couldn't have done any more for us. This is the second property that Toby has sold for us and we have no hesitation to recommend him and his team to work with you. Thanks Toby Steve, Emma, Ellis and Oscar

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

You did it! You sold the house with no sun in the garden, no light in the rooms, an en-suite attached to the wrong bedroom and no laundry room .....!   Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

successful ending to this most difficult sale
Thank you and all the team on reaching a successful ending to this most difficult sale.

my thanks for your superb service
I spoke to Gaynor earlier today to convey my thanks for your superb service in selling my mother's house, and wanted to follow up in writing should you wish to use my feedback as a reference in any way. In my initial meeting with Colin, I was impressed with his huge experience in the local property market, his professionalism and affability. He offered competitive terms and efficiently organised the sale including photos, EPC survey, floorplan and a glossy brochure. An asking price offer was secured within a week of the house going on sale. Because this was my late mother's house, and I live 80 miles away, I relied heavily on Colin, Gaynor & Pam to facilitate everything locally for me, and they did this without any hesitation, including helping with some plumbing repairs, facilitating multiple requests from the new owner, meter readings and even personally helping to clear furniture from one bedroom to save me having to do it. I simply can't think of anything which could have been done better, and they exceeded every one of my expectations. They kept me fully appraised at every stage of the process and not once did I have to chase asking for status. Once again, thank you SW

the best estate agents I have ever come across...
"Woolley & Wallis in Ringwood truly are the best estate agents I have ever come across beyond a shadow of a doubt. From start to finish they exceeded our expectations. Their enthusiasm to take on our property made our decision to go with them all the more easy. Living abroad was no problem for them, they were happy to air the place before viewings and Gaynor incredibly even brought her mower with her one day as the grass was getting out of control while Colin was know to pull up the odd weed! They worked tirelessly to sell our property and are one of the most professional teams I have come across in any arena. A whole hearted thank you, I haven't praise high enough for you all."
