Selling a house is never easy, and we had a lot of structural problems with ours that we were not originally aware. We decided to use Wooley and Wallis as they have a very good reputation for selling older properties that require renovations and modernisation. Toby and his team worked tirelessly to find a suitable buyer and kept us updated, sometimes hourly, as to how things were progressing with the sale.
