Blaby is a large village in the centre of Leicestershire, five miles south of Leicester city centre. It's a popular area with families as there's everything you need, from various supermarkets to doctors' and dentists' surgeries, good pubs and pleasant parks. You can enjoy a village lifestyle, among quaint old buildings, yet with easy access to the city for work, entertainment or shopping. (That said, the Fosse Shopping Park, just a few miles from Blaby, has major brand stores.)
