The majority of sales in Alstone during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £329,165. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £192,000, with terraced properties fetching £321,400.
Alstone, with an overall average price of £296,196, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Baswich (£283,942), but was more expensive than Stafford (£205,685) and Walton-On-The-Hill (£241,876).
Overall sold prices in Alstone over the last year were 6% up on the previous year and similar to the 2016 level of £303,301.
