The majority of sales in Arnold during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £145,316. Terraced properties sold for an average of £135,709, with detached properties fetching £236,366.
Arnold, with an overall average price of £161,814, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bestwood Village (£169,298), but was cheaper than Woodthorpe (£226,712) and Mapperley Plains (£270,824).
