Most of the sales in Aylesford over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £343,487. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £269,152 and detached properties averaged at £525,224.
Aylesford, with an overall average price of £338,491, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Ditton (£332,155), but was more expensive than Larkfield (£292,685) and cheaper than Allington (£356,160).
In the past year house prices in Aylesford were 7% up on the year before and 30% up on 2015 when they averaged at £261,346.
