Barfrestone, with an overall average price of £300,250 was more expensive than nearby Eythorne (£263,763) and Nonington (£266,875), but was cheaper than Shepherdswell (£335,102).

In the past year house prices in Barfrestone were 100% up on the year before and 62% down on 2013 when they averaged at £783,000.
