Last year most property sales in Bletchley involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £272,540. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £235,422, while flats fetched £183,616.
Bletchley, with an overall average price of £257,199 was cheaper than nearby Furzton (£275,250), Emerson Valley (£291,012) and Newton Longville (£353,191).
During the last year, sold prices in Bletchley were similar to the previous year and 15% up on 2015 when the average house price was £224,149.
