Most of the sales in Bowsey Hill over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £938,267. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £502,500 and semi-detached properties averaged at £576,650.
Bowsey Hill, with an overall average price of £668,511 was more expensive than nearby Twyford (£505,833), but was cheaper than Shiplake (£1,072,250) and Lower Shiplake (£1,109,111).
In the past year house prices in Bowsey Hill were 12% down on the year before and 12% down on 2011 when they averaged at £757,411.
