Most of the sales in Bowsey Hill over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £938,267. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £511,750 and semi-detached properties averaged at £576,150.
Bowsey Hill, with an overall average price of £663,636 was more expensive than nearby Twyford (£502,715), but was cheaper than Shiplake (£1,067,455) and Lower Shiplake (£1,109,111).
In the past year house prices in Bowsey Hill were 13% down on the year before and 12% down on 2011 when they averaged at £757,411.
