The majority of sales in Bromley during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £418,007. Flats sold for an average of £318,968, with semi-detached properties fetching £553,032.
Bromley, with an overall average price of £485,969 was more expensive than nearby Burnt Ash (£451,459), but was cheaper than Southborough (£732,314) and Bickley (£655,678).
Overall sold prices in Bromley over the last year were similar to the previous year and 17% up on the 2015 level of £415,739.
