Most of the sales in Cannon Hill over the past year were flats which on average sold for £318,106. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £449,000 and detached properties averaged at £839,875.
Cannon Hill, with an overall average price of £412,836 was cheaper than nearby Maidenhead (£511,702), Taplow (£625,537) and Holyport (£582,510).
In the past year house prices in Cannon Hill were 8% down on the year before and 23% down on 2016 when they averaged at £537,514.
