Last year most property sales in Casmael involved detached properties which sold for on average £304,364. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £117,967, while terraced properties fetched £154,636.
Casmael, with an overall average price of £232,296 was more expensive than nearby Camrose (£190,833) and Scleddau (£171,948), but was cheaper than Roch Gate (£256,661).
During the last year, sold prices in Casmael were 11% up on the previous year and 6% up on 2006 when the average house price was £218,741.
