Corston, with an overall average price of £496,375, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Saltford (£492,080), but was more expensive than Bristol (£306,402) and Bath (£467,906).
In the past year house prices in Corston were 30% up on the year before and 25% down on 2015 when they averaged at £665,381.
There were only 4 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
