Crowcombe, with an overall average price of £419,000, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bicknoller (£431,250), but was more expensive than Stogumber (£351,000) and West Bagborough (£289,921).
During the last year, sold prices in Crowcombe were 4% up on the previous year and 52% down on 2008 when the average house price was £864,700.
