Crowcombe, with an overall average price of £453,667 was more expensive than nearby Stogumber (£395,590) and West Bagborough (£314,160), but was cheaper than Bicknoller (£592,000).
During the last year, sold prices in Crowcombe were 16% up on the previous year and 48% down on 2008 when the average house price was £864,700.
