Durdar, with an overall average price of £199,500 was more expensive than nearby Carlisle (£139,252), but was cheaper than Dalston (£214,085) and Southwaite (£265,417).
During the last year, sold prices in Durdar were 4% down on the previous year and 39% down on 2008 when the average house price was £326,750.
