Most of the sales in Earlswood Common over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £480,809. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £226,094 and semi-detached properties averaged at £318,306.
Earlswood Common, with an overall average price of £427,133 was more expensive than nearby Chepstow (£245,279), Trellech (£359,350) and Bulwark (£188,684).
In the past year house prices in Earlswood Common were 13% up on the year before and 16% up on 2015 when they averaged at £368,222.
