The majority of sales in East Runton during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £463,000. Terraced properties sold for an average of £229,750, with semi-detached properties fetching £279,000.
East Runton, with an overall average price of £332,786 was more expensive than nearby Cromer (£241,339), Sheringham (£274,646) and West Runton (£309,874).
