Esher, with an overall average price of £942,355 was more expensive than nearby Claygate (£860,316), Hinchley Wood (£743,033) and Thames Ditton (£749,066).
During the last year, sold prices in Esher were similar to the previous year and 7% up on 2014 when the average house price was £882,632.
