Last year most property sales in Felingwm Uchaf involved detached properties which sold for on average £224,588. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £134,333, while terraced properties fetched £90,000.
Felingwm Uchaf, with an overall average price of £208,818 was more expensive than nearby Bronwydd Arms (£181,137) and Llanpumsaint (£187,488), but was cheaper than Llanarthne (£228,356).
During the last year, sold prices in Felingwm Uchaf were 11% down on the previous year and 22% down on 2010 when the average house price was £267,926.
