The majority of sales in Finsbury Park during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £524,360. Terraced properties sold for an average of £946,608, with semi-detached properties fetching £1,055,611.
Finsbury Park, with an overall average price of £596,439, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hornsey Rise (£610,010), but was cheaper than Upper Holloway (£629,951) and Highbury (£726,944).
Overall sold prices in Finsbury Park over the last year were similar to the previous year and 13% up on the 2015 level of £528,458.
