Last year most property sales in Frenchay involved detached properties which sold for on average £577,074. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £415,531, while flats fetched £235,920.
Frenchay, with an overall average price of £437,605 was more expensive than nearby Stapleton (£333,325) and Stoke Park (£288,502), but was cheaper than Frenchay Common (£548,422).
During the last year, sold prices in Frenchay were 27% up on the previous year and 54% up on 2015 when the average house price was £283,257.
