Last year most property sales in Frenchay involved detached properties which sold for on average £583,180. Flats sold for an average price of £235,051, while semi-detached properties fetched £355,609.
Frenchay, with an overall average price of £428,324 was more expensive than nearby Stapleton (£349,903) and Stoke Park (£301,106), but was cheaper than Frenchay Common (£514,000).
During the last year, sold prices in Frenchay were 11% up on the previous year and 51% up on 2015 when the average house price was £283,257.
