Last year most property sales in Gee Cross involved terraced properties which sold for on average £139,498. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £185,161, while detached properties fetched £340,333.
Gee Cross, with an overall average price of £195,003 was more expensive than nearby Hyde (£164,844) and Hyde (£165,325), but was cheaper than Romiley (£251,967).
During the last year, sold prices in Gee Cross were 7% down on the previous year and 7% up on 2016 when the average house price was £182,738.
