Last year most property sales in Harrow involved flats which sold for on average £360,844. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £573,998, while terraced properties fetched £510,908.
Harrow, with an overall average price of £498,834, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Harrow On The Hill (£494,933) and West Harrow (£477,300), but was more expensive than Wealdstone (£383,016).
During the last year, sold prices in Harrow were 7% up on the previous year and 21% up on 2015 when the average house price was £410,880.
