Last year most property sales in Higher Nyland involved detached properties which sold for on average £458,538. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £296,264, while terraced properties fetched £278,636.
Higher Nyland, with an overall average price of £365,400 was more expensive than nearby Gillingham (£237,006) and Zeals (£327,000), but was cheaper than Pen Selwood (£565,000).
During the last year, sold prices in Higher Nyland were 14% down on the previous year and similar to 2016 when the average house price was £372,500.
