Last year most property sales in Horning involved detached properties which sold for on average £389,000. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £266,083, while semi-detached properties fetched £253,750.
Horning, with an overall average price of £332,942, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hoveton (£347,561) and Wroxham (£344,068), but was more expensive than Ludham (£257,286).
During the last year, sold prices in Horning were 3% up on the previous year and 8% up on 2015 when the average house price was £307,027.
