Most of the sales in Jersey Farm over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £656,714. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £414,174 and flats averaged at £253,817.
Jersey Farm, with an overall average price of £553,229, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby St. Albans (£545,912) and Tyttenhanger Park (£570,494), but was cheaper than St. Michael (£679,294).
In the past year house prices in Jersey Farm were similar to the year before and similar to 2016 when they averaged at £552,260.
