The majority of sales in Kentish Town during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £622,587. Terraced properties sold for an average of £1,389,995, with semi-detached properties fetching £2,194,875.
Kentish Town, with an overall average price of £841,050, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Chalk Farm (£828,073) and Dartmouth Park (£857,300), but was more expensive than Gospel Oak (£605,660).
Overall sold prices in Kentish Town over the last year were 5% up on the previous year and 12% up on the 2015 level of £752,652.
