Most of the sales in Lamberhurst over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £812,940. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £395,000 and semi-detached properties averaged at £394,500.
Lamberhurst, with an overall average price of £547,767, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Goudhurst (£574,833) and Horsmonden (£556,629), but was more expensive than Brenchley (£466,154).
In the past year house prices in Lamberhurst were 10% up on the year before and 6% up on 2014 when they averaged at £514,631.
