Most of the sales in Lane End over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £311,091. Detached properties had an average sold price of £580,050 and semi-detached properties averaged at £514,000.
Lane End, with an overall average price of £431,483 was more expensive than nearby High Wycombe (£336,405), but was cheaper than Marlow (£661,527) and Naphill (£609,757).
In the past year house prices in Lane End were 10% down on the year before and 14% up on 2015 when they averaged at £378,103.
