Most of the sales in Leighswood over the past year were flats which on average sold for £158,999. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £192,381 and detached properties averaged at £414,399.
Leighswood, with an overall average price of £240,664 was more expensive than nearby Birmingham (£202,721) and Walsall (£169,988), but was cheaper than Sutton Coldfield (£330,718).
In the past year house prices in Leighswood were 15% up on the year before and 22% up on 2016 when they averaged at £196,942.
