The majority of sales in Lindley during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £312,538. Terraced properties sold for an average of £158,516, with semi-detached properties fetching £190,285.
Lindley, with an overall average price of £211,747 was more expensive than nearby Elland (£143,944), Huddersfield (£169,895) and Golcar (£158,242).
Overall sold prices in Lindley over the last year were similar to the previous year and 7% up on the 2014 level of £197,096.
