Most of the sales in Longfield over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £605,654. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £423,766 and terraced properties averaged at £326,760.
Longfield, with an overall average price of £490,873, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hartley (£469,560), but was more expensive than Istead Rise (£386,255) and cheaper than New Barn (£586,703).
In the past year house prices in Longfield were 3% down on the year before and 9% up on 2015 when they averaged at £448,761.
