Lower Falkenham, with an overall average price of £394,934 was more expensive than nearby Ipswich (£215,469), Kesgrave (£289,723) and Martlesham Heath (£301,900).

In the past year house prices in Lower Falkenham were similar to the year before and similar to 2015 when they averaged at £404,451.

There were only 23 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
