Lower Sunbury, with an overall average price of £596,579 was more expensive than nearby Sunbury-On-Thames (£476,570), West Molesey (£429,157) and Molesey (£542,874).
Overall sold prices in Lower Sunbury over the last year were similar to the previous year and 23% up on the 2015 level of £485,236.
