Most of the sales in Northfield over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £180,952. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £154,700 and flats averaged at £117,160.
Northfield, with an overall average price of £170,710 was more expensive than nearby Bartley Green (£151,895), but was cheaper than Bournville (£234,918) and Kings Norton (£188,232).
In the past year house prices in Northfield were 3% up on the year before and 10% up on 2015 when they averaged at £155,600.
