Most of the sales in Pembroke over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £213,161. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £132,554 and semi-detached properties averaged at £141,104.
Pembroke, with an overall average price of £173,945 was more expensive than nearby Pembroke Dock (£119,442), but was cheaper than Cosheston (£242,106) and Freshwater East (£190,540).
In the past year house prices in Pembroke were 8% up on the year before and similar to 2007 when they averaged at £176,665.
