Most of the sales in Peppers Green over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £541,932. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £394,861 and terraced properties averaged at £316,198.
Peppers Green, with an overall average price of £393,655, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Dunmow (£387,160) and Broomfield (£397,022), but was more expensive than Chelmsford (£359,677).
In the past year house prices in Peppers Green were similar to the year before and 7% up on 2016 when they averaged at £367,317.
