The majority of sales in Poffley End during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £178,734. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £326,457, with terraced properties fetching £320,634.

Poffley End, with an overall average price of £308,250, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Witney (£305,439), but was cheaper than Ducklington (£383,250) and North Leigh (£446,053).

Overall sold prices in Poffley End over the last year were 8% down on the previous year and 10% down on the 2016 level of £343,628.
