Porth, with an overall average price of £85,550, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Tonypandy (£83,739), but was more expensive than Trealaw (£77,820) and Tylorstown (£51,165).
Overall sold prices in Porth over the last year were similar to the previous year and 8% down on the 2007 level of £92,919.
