Most of the sales in Rhosllanerchrugog over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £121,433. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £94,167 and detached properties averaged at £163,625.
Rhosllanerchrugog, with an overall average price of £119,229, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Ponciau (£124,588) and Penycae (£118,284), but was cheaper than Johnstown (£129,929).
In the past year house prices in Rhosllanerchrugog were 6% down on the year before and similar to 2007 when they averaged at £121,708.
