Last year most property sales in Ripley involved terraced properties which sold for on average £596,421. Detached properties sold for an average price of £896,300, while flats fetched £255,100.
Ripley, with an overall average price of £644,631, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Send (£671,078) and Pyrford (£658,620), but was more expensive than West Byfleet (£585,738).
During the last year, sold prices in Ripley were 31% up on the previous year and 21% up on 2014 when the average house price was £530,739.
