Last year most property sales in Ripley involved terraced properties which sold for on average £583,333. Flats sold for an average price of £279,667, while detached properties fetched £662,300.

Ripley, with an overall average price of £561,324 was cheaper than nearby Send (£661,072), Pyrford (£625,278) and West Byfleet (£593,069).

During the last year, sold prices in Ripley were 10% up on the previous year and 6% up on 2014 when the average house price was £530,739.
